Anna Gersh

Anna Gersh is currently working as a Program Evaluator for Eastern Michigan University Bright Futures Afterschool Network. She is a teacher, with 17 years of classroom experience working with underserved and justice-involved populations. Her research is focused on building SEL capacities in professional learning situations with a focus on human services populations She has worked to develop training programs for education and law enforcement populations and currently serves on the Washtenaw County Sheriff Departments’ 21st Century Policing Compliance Commission. She is a board member for Groundcover News, a publication intended to provide business opportunities for the housing insecure in Washtenaw County. Anna has produced multiple public art projects and is currently working on the One Love Symposium, slated for February 2022, a virtual arts and academic public forum for the consideration of Universal Human Truth.
